By registering an account, listing a property, or using any services provided by Dubaidxt.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dubaidxt.com.

2. Eligibility

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  2. Location: The Platform is exclusively for properties located in Dubai, UAE. Listings for properties outside Dubai will be removed.
  3. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Property Listings

  1. Accuracy of Information: All property listings must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
  2. Exclusive to Dubai: Only properties located in Dubai may be listed on the Platform. Listings for properties outside Dubai will be removed without notice.
  3. Ownership or Authorization: You must either be the owner of the property or have explicit authorization from the owner to list the property on the Platform.
  4. Prohibited Listings: The following types of listings are not allowed:
    • Properties outside Dubai.
    • Listings with incomplete or inaccurate information.
    • Listings that violate local laws or regulations.
    • Listings for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
  2. Prohibited Activities: You must not:
    • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
    • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
    • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
  3. Communication: All communications between users (e.g., property owners, agents, agencies, and clients) must be conducted respectfully and professionally.

5. Client Communication

  1. Direct Messaging: Clients can send messages directly to property owners, agents, or agencies through the Platform.
  2. Response Time: Users are encouraged to respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Privacy: Do not share personal or sensitive information (e.g., bank details) through the Platform. Use secure methods for transactions.

6. Fees and Payments

  1. Listing Fees: Some features of the Platform may require payment of fees. Details of such fees will be provided on the Platform.
  2. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Dubaidxt.com.

7. Intellectual Property

  2. Liability: Dubaidxt.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

  1. By User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Dubaidxt.com.
  2. By Platform: Dubaidxt.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove any listings if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

10. Amendments

Dubaidxt.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
